A WOMAN has left people in hysterics online after reviewing a hair removal cream.
The woman posted the review on a popular bargain-hunting Facebook group.
The woman wanted to try another method of hair removal other than shaving or waxing, so she decided to buy a hair removal cream.
She said she had spotted the bargain buy in Home Bargains for just 99p and had seen the same product before in Superdrug for £9.99.
Seeing the bargain price, she decided to grab it and give Nuthing hair removal cream a try.
Unfortunately for her, it didn’t go so well.
She revealed: “I saw this at HB the other day, hair removal cream is currently £9.99 at Superdrug.
“Almost burned a flap but maybe good for someone who doesn’t just need to use cream for sensitive skin.”
The product recommends doing a patch test before using on all skin.
Although the cream didn’t work for her due to her sensitive skin, she still thought the product might work well for other women looking to remove hair.
The post went viral with over 1,000 comments and 6,000 likes.
Other women shared their own hilarious blunders with hair removal, one of them joked: “I always use a hair removal cream. I tried to remove hair a few years ago and I suffer Still have PTSD. When the woman ripped off the tape and held it, I easily thought my asshole would be stuck in it!”
Another recalled: “Once I accidentally used hair removal cream instead of toothpaste…annoying how close the packaging is to other products! Hairy tongue or teeth no longer a problem, and the taste buds got burned!”
Facebook users were left in hysterics, with one adding, “That made me laugh so much.”
“OMG I’m really kidding at that, I think I’ll keep the fur coat.” Another woman chuckled.
A third joked: “That’s why you should always have a bag of frozen peas in your freezer.”
